Founded in 2016, Sintrense SAD has become relevant to Portuguese football, known for nurturing talents and achieving significant milestones. We have launched many talented players to success both nationally and internationally.

Ricardo da Silva Oliveira
President
Ricardo da Silva Oliveira is an experienced businessman with extensive experience in management, finance, real estate investment, and business development, operating in various sectors and countries. Graduated in Business Economics from the University of Oklahoma and in Psychology and Sports Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara, he excelled in university golf teams. He complemented his education with postgraduate studies in Finance, Business Management, and Real Estate Investments, as well as an Executive Master's in Finance and Control from the Portuguese Catholic University. Ricardo has a career marked by achievements in Project Management, Project Finance, Banking, Company Restructuring, Procurement, Human Resources, and Negotiation. He has led global companies and was instrumental in the creation of Nobias European Studios. He is currently the president of Sport União Sintrense Futebol SAD, leading an ambitious project in the football field.

Currently, he is the CEO of I Learn Academy and Enguritdiver, as well as a member of the Assessment Committee of CCAML. Previously, he held various positions at Sporting and worked as a consultant for several companies, including the National School of Firefighters and Grupo Luís Simões. In the military sector, he was the Director Commander DGME, advisor to the Minister of Defense, and Director of Teaching at the Practical School of Material Service, among other functions. He holds a degree in Socio-Military Sciences from the Military Academy (1987) and in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico (1990)

In 2015, he was invited by Luis Loureiro to be a delegate at the Benjamins team game. In 2017, President José Sequeira invited him to join the club's board of directors, and in 2019, he became the sports director of the Juvenis team in the First Division of the National Championship, remaining in that position until 2022. In 2022, he took on the project of the Juniores, with the goal of bringing the team back to the national championships, a success achieved in the 2022-2023 season. Currently, he remains proudly involved in the Juniores project, valuing all the teachings received about the club and football.

Nobias Media Leads on Football Club Acquisition in Booming Greater Lisbon Metropolitan Market
July 18, 2024, Lisbon – Nobias European Studios SA, a Portuguese media investment firm, has acquired a significant ownership interest in Sintrense SAD, a historic Portuguese football club founded in 1911 and located in Sintra, a city renowned for its royal heritage and proximity to Lisbon. Nobias European Studios SA, in partnership with the family office of former Portuguese national team player Nani (Luís Carlos Almeida da Cunha) and several other co-investors, now holds 95% of Sintrense SAD, while the remaining 5% is retained by the club Sport União Sintrense.
